The "Flip-Unload Melting Furnace," as the name suggests, is a new type of melting furnace where the furnace chamber can be flipped according to usage requirements, allowing the molten material liquid to flow out from the guiding trough, thus saving more human and material resources.
Traditional melting furnaces standard loading and unloading method involves feeding from the top and discharging from the bottom. Materials melt in the crucible and flow out through the outlet at the bottom of the crucible. For the control of material outflow, apart from the use of elongated plug rods for manual intervention at the outlet and the natural control of small-diameter outlets, there are no particularly outstanding methods. The flip-unloading method solves this pain point. After melting is completed, unloading operations can be performed according to the furnace's own process requirements.
The interior of the melting furnace can be customized according to customer requirements for crucible size. Heating elements surround the inside of the crucible, with a variety of heating elements (resistance wire, silicon carbide rod, molybdenum disilicide rod, etc.) available for selection. The heating chamber is typically made of high-temperature resistant materials. The crucible is simple to place, heats up quickly, and maintains temperature effectively. The use of lightweight insulation material results in slower heat dissipation compared to traditional materials.
